Guardsman Requirements

Fulfilling all Requirements of previous ranks. Such as Gren.

Communication & Assembly
  • You are expected to communicate with us at a full level, even Job level to a degree, since you are a Representative of the Regiment.
  • You are expected to mark your attendance right after the events have been created.
  • You are expected to make a Plan of Drilling and Officer Slots you want to take for the Week.
  • You are expected to come on time by yourself or inform the Rest of the Staff.
  • You need to be able to to Sign up for Events and Preplan them with the Staff.
  • You need to be able to confront People you have issues with, trying to solve the issues or encourage them to confront People they have issues with.
  • You need to be able to talk with people in a mature manner, even if they are being unreasonable.
  • You need to be able to give a weekly Report if you are running a Detachment regarding activity and achievements.
  • You need to keep the Staff updated about your schedule and inform them about relevant changes, especially if you are Admining or you have other Responsibilities.
Academy & Community
  • You need to be able to communicate with People outside of the Events and build your Relationships whenever you get the Chance.
  • You need to be able to give a weekly report on your Life and Schedule for our Promotions as well as reflecting on the week, what has been done well and what can be improved
  • You need to be able to keep the Regiment in good Behavior when it comes to dealing with toxic Behavior from other Regiments.
  • You need to be able to ask for Help if you need it and take Feedback as well.
  • You need to take the initiative to learn, you need to seek us and ask for the Teaching.
  • You need to be able to deal with the Harshness of any Officer or you would need to step down.
  • You need to be able to adjust yourself after the needs of the members, sometimes even if they are being unreasonable.
  • You need to be able to control the People and keep Order if needed, in a proper Manner.
Technical & Paperwork
  • You need to be able to actively use the admin tools provided in the In-game Server.
  • You must not at any Point release or leak any information from the Staff Channels or private
    Conversations, as it might cause Issues that could have been avoided. Unless you have been given permission by the ESO Team.

Leading & Initiative
  • You need to be able to lead on a full-frontal basis, learn new tactics and play styles during your Events or acquiring Feedback on your Leading.
  • You need to be able to listen to People’s Wishes during your Leading or pre-plan it before the Event.
  • You need to be able to delegate positions like AUX, 2nd and 3rd in Command.
  • You need to be able to execute Drillings, come up with new Ideas to improve the drilling as well as taking them up for pre-planning with the whole Staff Team.
  • You need to be able to control the People and keep Order if needed, in a proper Manner.
Academy & Community

  • You need to be able to actively use the admin tools provided in the In-game Server.
  • You must not at any Point release or leak any information from the Staff Channels or private Conversations, as it might cause Issues that could have been avoided. Unless you have been given permission by the ESO Team.
  • You need to be able to conduct paper work on email and message members seeking to join our ranks.
  • Our Regiment will include Emails and accounts for each member to do interviews on Teamspeak3 and Discord.
Staff Member & Common Sense
  • Our Staff members are to conduct themselves and take initiative where it’s needed and ask for improvements themselves.
  • Staff members shouldn’t have to deal with other staff members multiple times as an example repeating mistakes to them. They have already been told twice.
  • Staff members are to take contact on their own hand to all the regiments we are conducting close relationships with.
  • Staff members are to connect to discords or communication platforms that are connected to the events that we are attending on the weekly basis.
  • Staff members are to check the enlistment email and make sure that it’s checked on a daily basis.
  • Staff members are to seek new opportunities such as new events and come up with backup plans in case events are not hosted in some circumstances or issues occur.
