RECRUIT
Activities & orderly conduct
- Must be able to attend 2 event per week. This also includes the warmup session which takes place before the event.
- Must mark their attendance or absence for each day using the appropriate command at least 1 hour and a half before the event starts
- Must respect the orders of the commanding officer under all circumstances
- Must have and maintain discipline in line
Training & skills
- Must gain knowledge of basic formations and show effort in avoiding mistakes
PRIVATE
Activities & orderly conduct
- Must fulfil all the responsibilities of the previous ranks for this category
- Must be able to attend 2 event per week. This also includes the warmup session which takes place before the event.
Training & skills
- Must be able to execute all basic formations in all situations
- Must have knowledge of advanced formations and show effort in avoiding mistakes
- Must be able to execute commands in rapid succession with no mistakes
- Must be able to group fight and show effort in attempting to improve on communication and coordination with team members
- Must be able to adjust the aiming in such a way to get consistent hits up to 100 meters
Leading & Teaching
- Must be able to assist an officer training a new recruit or volunteer
REGULAR
Activities & orderly conduct
- Must fulfil all the responsibilities of the previous ranks for this category
- Must be able to attend 3 event per week. This also includes the warmup session which takes place before the event.
Training & skills
- Must fulfil all the responsibilities of the previous ranks for this category
- Must be able to execute all advanced formations in all situations
- Must be able to adjust the aiming in such a way to get consistent hits even beyond 100 meters
Leading & Teaching
- Must be able to train a Volunteer in terms of basic formations, melee and shooting
- Must be able to have a one on one session with a member in order to go through basic melee, shooting or formation concepts
- Must be able to help other players with game settings and game knowledge
Community & Initiative
- Must be able to enforce order in line when misconduct is noticed. This is especially true if it is caused by Fusilier and above positions
SENIOR ENLISTED RANKS
Fusilier
Activities & orderly conduct
- Must fulfil all the responsibilities of the previous ranks for this category
- Must be able to attend 4 event per week. This also includes the warmup session which takes place before the event.
- Examples include: GF Team, Community Related Games, And other regiment related events that is within the 45th etc.
Training & skills
- Must fulfil all the responsibilities of the previous ranks for this category
- Must be able to group fight and communicate as well as coordinate effectively with team members
- Must be able to adjust the aiming in such a way to get consistent kills up to 100 meters
Leading & Teaching
- Must fulfil all the responsibilities of the previous ranks for this category
- Must be able to lead a pre-event warmup session which includes melee, formations and shooting training in case of emergency
- Must be able to have a one on one melee session with a member in order to go through basic and advanced melee, shooting or formation concepts
Community & Initiative
- Must fulfil all the responsibilities of the previous ranks for this category
- Must be able to emergency lead during events and handle the responsibility of being second or third in command
- Must be able to use voice chat
- Must be able to uphold order in the line within events or training if inappropriate or disturbing behaviour is noticed. In a worst case scenario, disciplinary actions can be taken.
- Must be involved in the community by taking part in the discussion channels you have access to about members and issues in the regiment as well as occasionally take on the responsibility of handling some of these issues in order to help staff
- You need to be able to talk with people in a mature manner, even if they are being unreasonable. Offensive words and irresponsible actions are never acceptable
- Must be able to give helpful advice to Officers during Events. (positioning, opportunities) and show initiative in doing so
- Through your behaviour and actions you must encourage other people to speak up and confront other members in case they cause issues
Regiment management
- Must attend Royalist School meetings organized by Fusiliers, Grenadiers and Guardsmen
- Must be able to organize Royalist School meetings
Grenadier
Activities & orderly conduct
- Must fulfil all the responsibilities of the previous ranks for this category
- Must be able to attend 5 event per week. This also includes the warmup session which takes place before the event.
- Examples include: GF Team, Community Related Games, And other regiment related events that is within the 45th etc.
Training & skills
- Must fulfil all the responsibilities of the previous ranks for this category
Leading & Teaching
- Must fulfil all the responsibilities of the previous ranks for this category
- Must be able to lead a pre-event warmup session which includes melee, formations and shooting training (at least 1 in a week)
- Must be able to teach and train members advanced melee, formations and shooting
- Must be able to act as a second or third in command or even lead in case of emergency or occasionally when it is requested
Community & Initiative
- Must fulfil all the responsibilities of the previous ranks for this category
- Must be involved in the community by taking part in the discussion channels you have access to about members and issues in the regiment as well as taking the initiative and responsibility of handling some of these issues in order to help staff
Regiment management
- Must fulfil all the responsibilities of the previous ranks for this category
- Must be able to moderate a Royalist School meeting organized by Fusiliers, Grenadiers and Guardsmen
Recruiting activities
- Must be recruiting for 2 hours in a month
- Must be able to tell recruits and volunteers about our regiment on a basic level
Guardsman
Activities & orderly conduct
- Must fulfil all the responsibilities of the previous ranks for this category
- Must be able to attend 5 event per week. This also includes the warmup session which takes place before the event.
- Examples include: GF Team, Community Related Games, And other regiment related events that is within the 45th etc.
- You are expected to come on time by yourself and in case it is not possible, the rest of the staff must be informed as early as possible
Training & skills
- Must fulfil all the responsibilities of the previous ranks for this category
Leading & Teaching
- Must fulfil all the responsibilities of the previous ranks for this category
- You are expected to make a Week Plan for drilling or even take Officer slots if you believe you are able to handle the heat of battle. Two drilling days per week at least are necessary
- You must be open to learning new tactics and play styles during events and always be open and respectful when acquiring feedback on your leading
Community & Initiative
- Must fulfil all the responsibilities of the previous ranks for this category
- It is expected from you to encourage others to confront people they have issues with in a mature manner and as soon as the problem is discovered
- You need to keep the staff updated about your schedule and inform them about relevant changes, especially if you are performing administrative work or you have other responsibilities ongoing
- You need to be able to confront people you have issues with, trying to solve the issues in a peaceful manner at first and more directly afterwards if the issue cannot be resolved peacefully, but never by using offensive words or actions
- You have to be able to talk to harsh officers or higher rank members in general from now on in order to maintain order and discuss issues related to behaviour and decision making
Regiment management
- Must fulfil all the responsibilities of the previous ranks for this category
- You are expected to communicate with us at a full level, even Job level to a degree, since you are a representative of the regiment. As a result the tasks you are managing are your full responsibility and you must inform staff or other Royalist School members if you are not able to fulfil your duty. First you must ping a specific member to ensure it will be taken. Secondly, the rest of the members should be pinged in the appropriate communication channels.
- Must be occasionally involved in pre planning events with help from other members of staff
- You need to be able to give a weekly report (if you are running a detachment such as artillery or light infantry or others) regarding activity and achievements
- Must be able to note down the people who are late or not attending by checking the game and the TeamSpeak server a few minutes after training starts if you are given this task by a staff member
- You must not at any Point release or leak any information from the staff channels or private conversations, as it might cause Issues that could have been avoided. If you have been given permission by the ESO Team, then you will be instructed on how to proceed.
Recruiting activities

- Must be recruiting for 4 hours in a month
- Must be able to invite recruits and volunteers to our social platforms
SENIOR STAFF RANKS
NCO
Activities & orderly conduct
- Must fulfil all the responsibilities of the previous ranks for this category
- Must be able to attend 5 event per week. Including 1 Training Day. Which means 6 days. This also includes the warmup session which takes place before the event.
Training & skills
- Must fulfil all the responsibilities of the previous ranks for this category
- Must be able to lead any sort of training event including and especially melee training. Attempts to deliberately avoid certain days will create abad mark on your record.
Leading & Teaching
- Must fulfil all the responsibilities of the previous ranks for this category
- You are expected to make a Week Plan for drilling or even take Officer slots for each week. Four drilling and Officer days per week at least are necessary regardless of whether you will get picked or not. The intent matters. Higher ranks require even more
- You need to be able to lead on a full-frontal basis, learn new tactics and play styles during events or acquiring feedback on your leading.
- You need to be able to listen to the desires or feedback of the other members and always acknowledge them in a clear verbal manner especially while leading, unless the dangerous situation you are in does not allow it
- Explaining your plan as well as pre planning before the Event is mandatory and must always be done verbally in every event as well as outside events
- You need to be able to delegate positions like AUX, 2nd, 3rd and 4th in Command
Community & Initiative
- Must fulfil all the responsibilities of the previous ranks for this category
- Must be fully committed to the community and take initiative to solve issues in regards to miscommunication and frustrating issues affecting some members. These issues must not be only related to the game
- Staff members are to connect to discords or communication platforms that are connected to the events that we are attending on the weekly basis
- Must provide weekly report on your Life and Schedule for our Promotions as well as reflecting on the week, what has been done well and not so well and what can be improved
- Must be able to keep the regiment in good behaviour when it comes to dealing with toxic behaviour from other Regiments. Be a positive influence in regards to communication with other regiments!
- Must take the initiative to learn and seek help from other staff members in order to learn if necessary
- Must be able to maintain composure and work towards a positive outcome in the harshest situations in terms of communication
Regiment management
- Must fulfil all the responsibilities of the previous ranks for this category
- Must be able to plan events for the regiment as well as take care of the details with the other staff members
- Must be able to create events by using the appropriate commands in Discord
- Must be able to use various Discord commands to handle your responsibilities as well as taking care of the TeamSpeak 3 server roles and other management activities
- You need to be able to actively use the admin tools provided in the in-game Server
- Must be able to perform create the final pre-planning for drilling and leading also known as the week plan with the rest of the staff members
- Must be able to note down the people who are late or not attending
- Must take responsibility for completing the database with the people who are absent, late or not attending
- Once the responsibility of handling events or dealing with another regiment was assumed by you either verbally or in writing, then you are fully responsible for your actions. Disciplinary actions may be taken against you in case your actions create problems for the events, the regiment, other members or damage the relationship with other regiments in any way
- Staff members are to seek new opportunities such as new events and come up with backup plans in case events are not hosted in some circumstances or issues occur.
